| 摘 要： | 论文结合当前全国经济体制改革和铁路经济承包的实践,从研究铁路开展内部资金融通的必要性、可行性入手,分析铁路建立资金融通机制的内部条件和外部环境,预测和计算铁路资金的流量、可融通量、投资去向及融通效益,研究铁路资金融通的组织形式、运行机制、经营方向、经营决策及效益分配,并提供了有关融资的理论模式、风险预测与对策.

| Abstract: | Through researching the necessary and feasibility of capital financing within the railroad transportation enterprices,the paper analyses both the inner condition and the outer environment of capital financing mechanism,predicts and calculates the amount of capital flow and financing,discusses the investment direction as well as the beneficial result.The paper also studies some about wielding mechanism, decision and earning distribution.At the same time,the theoretical model,risk prediction and the way to deal with it are presented for the capital fiancing. |
