民间融资问题研究——以福建省三明市为例

民间融资作为正规金融的补充，已经成为一种非常重要的融资方式。虽然民间融资在一定程度上推动了经济和社会的发展，但它也引发了一系列的问题，造成了诸多不良影响。通过对三明市民间融资情况进行分析，发现其主要存在运作制度不规范、相关法律和监管缺失以及融资的盲目性强等问题。因此，应在充分发挥其积极作用的同时，加以规范引导，促使其健康发展。

Study on Folk Financing Problems——Taking Sanming City as an Example

As a supplement to formal financial, folk financing has become an important mode of financing. Although folk financing has been playing an important role for the development of economy and society, it also has triggered a series of problems. Through analy- zing the problems of folk financing in Sanming, the paper has found reasons causing these problems, including non - standard operating mechanism, the lack of legal protection and regulatory system, the blindness of financing and so on. Therefore, while the government enables falk financing to fully play its active role, relevant measures should be adopted so as to promote its healthy development.
