| 摘 要： | 微博的出现，极大地改变了大学生的信息获取、人际交往和休闲娱乐等学习和生活方式，如何积极应对微博时代所带来的机遇和挑战，借助微博这一新载体推进校园文化建设，是高校思想政治教育者必须思考的问题。应在遵循四大原则的前提下，从“占领高地”、“攻城略地”、“开疆拓土”等策略出发，积极利用微博推进高校校园文化建设。

| Abstract: | The emergence of micro - blog greatly changes college students＇ access to information, communication, entertainment and other learning and life style. This paper introduces the concept and development status of micro - blog, and puts forward three counter- measures on how to utilize micro -blog to promote the campus culture construction. |
