| 摘 要： | 伴随着涉外法律事务的增多，法律英语作为一门专业英语日益受到重视。相对而言，与普通英语不同的是，法律英语用词庄重严谨，大量的赘词和多层次的从句导致句子结构复杂，致使语言艰涩枯燥。而大量的英文判例阅读能创造特定的法律英语语言环境，使学生更全面地掌握法律英语语言的特性，逐步提高综合运用法律英语处理法律事务的能力。

| Abstract: | As foreign - related legal affairs increase, there is a growing interest in legal English. Compared to general English, legal English includes more redundancy, more complex sentence structure and more multiple clauses, which make it difficult to be understood. A large amount of original legal precedent reading can create a particular environment for the acquisition of legal English knowledge. By reading students could master legal English and thus develop the ability to deal with foreign - related legal affairs. |
