NixB/沸石催化剂的特性研究

摘    要:本文采用晶内形成法制备Ni_xB/沸石催化剂,用饱和氢化学吸附法结合TEM方法考察负载金属的分散性,并用脉冲色谱微反应装置研究其环已烷脱氢反应性。结果表明:Ni_xB/沸石样品与浸渍型Ni/HZSM-5相比较,负载金属分散度高,金属粒径分布也相对集中。Ni_xB/沸石显示出较好的环已烷脱氢反应性。对Ni_xB/沸石催化剂负载金属分散性的影响因素也做了初步探讨。

Abstract:The intercrystalline-formation method is undertaken to prepare the Ni_xB/Zeolite catalysts in this paper. Hydrogen chemisorption and TEM were used to detect the dispersion of supported metal. Normally, a highly dispersed metal supported system was obtained. And the reactivity of dehydrogenation of cyclohexane was studied by pulse micro-rearer method. Besides the raised metal dispersion, the distribution of metal particle size was found to be more concentrated for Ni_xB/ZSM-5 zeolite as compared with that for the impregnated Nix_B/ZSM-5 catalyst. Furthermore, the influences of some factors on metal dispersion of Nix_B/Zeolite catalysts had been grossly discussed. The Nix_B/Zeolite showed an interesting catalytic behavior for the dehydrogenation reaction of cyclohexane.
