剪切干涉测应力强度因子

摘    要:本文提出一种测量应力强度因子(SIF)的光学方法。用光栅和光楔组合,在成像系统的像平面产生相互微小错位的像。错位量及错位方向可方便地连续调节。两像干涉得到裂纹尖端附近主应力和偏导数的信息,通过十分简便的测量和计算可求出SIF。由于采用了倍增技术,错位量可以很小,完全适合于测定SIF。此方法对透明和不透明材料都适用。

Abstract:This paper provides an optical method for determining the stress intensity factor.The optical properties of grating and wedge are used to form two images of a specimen which stagger a small distance.The distance can be regulated stepless.tnformatjon of the partial derivative of the sum of principal stress around the crack tip is directly obtained by the shearing interference of two images and then the stress intensity factor is evaluated. This method is suited to both transparent and opaque material.Its sensitivity can be increased by multiplying technique.
