| Abstract: | Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) inventory model are considered for the situation of steady demand. But putting a new product on the market, demand rate in its whole life cycle rises from zero and reaches a top at some time, and then demand begins to fall, eventually reaching zero.This paper gives an analytic solution of an inventory model for thd whole life cycle fitting approximation of a cubic function. |
