摘 要: | 借助于计算机模拟方法,采用ANSYS程序,对大直径薄壁简体卷制过程进行模拟,生产实际证明,缩短了生产的周期,降低了成本,达到预期效果,展示了ANSYS软件应用_的广阔前景,为同类产品加工制造的工艺优化和质量控制提供了新的方法.

Computer virtual manufacturing of the large diameter and thin wall |

Abstract: | The bending process of the large diameter and thin wall shells are simulated by using ANSYS programme through computer. The practical results show that the period of production is decreased and the cost is reduced. Thus the expected result is acquired. This paper illustrates the broad perspective for application of ANSYS software, and offers a method for technological optimization and quality control of the same kinds of products. |
