| 摘 要： | 两在篮球比赛中提高命中率,本文通过运动生理学分析,找出干扰投篮的生理原因“外抑制”与其影响投篮的生理机制。对87年全国优秀青年男子篮球赛进行了观察,记录,统计,弄清外抑制对投篮效果的实际影响。以运动生理学有关理论为依据,指出克服外抑制影响投篮效果的方法。

| Abstract: | The aim of thif paper is to raise the percentage of hits in basketball matches Through physical analysis, this paper finds the external inhibition the cause which interferences with shooting and the physical mechanism which affects shooting we obsene recorded and statitically treated the national basketball matches of the best young male players Area and found out the real effects of enternal inhibition on shooting In accordance with the theory of Physiology of exercise pointed out the methods of evercoming it. |
