中国西门塔尔牛

西门塔尔牛是世界上有名的兼用牛种,新中国成立后,50年代开始引入我国,经过多年的风土驯化与大量的繁殖,现正在发展成为我国自己的“中国西门塔尔牛”品种。中国西门塔尔牛在体型外貌、体尺体重、产奶性能、产肉性能,繁殖性能,以及适应性和遗传性等方面,都优于我国本地牛。它杂交改良本地牛效果显著。这对我国今后养牛业的发展,将起着极其重要的作用。本文根据有关资料,对上述诸方面进行了论述。
