对吉林省高新技术企业发展的思考

通过分析影响吉林省高新技术企业发展的因素，认为制约企业发展的外部因素主要表现在：制度环境不完善；政府的服务职能有待于强化；融资渠道不畅；企业孵化器建设经验不足。另外，企业自身也存在缺乏创新精神、管理水平不高、自主创新不足、制度不健全、产业组织专业分工协作程度不高等问题。因此，提出吉林省高新技术企业增强自身竞争力的策略以及政府在为企业发展营造良好的外部环境方面应当加强的工作。

A thought over enterprise development of high technique in Jilin province

Making an analysis of factors to influence the high technique of enterprise development in Jilin province,it is believed that the external factors to restrict the enterprise mainly show that the system condition is imperfect and the service function of the government remains to be intensified and the way of financial leasing is unsmooth and construction of the enterprise in cubator lacks experience.Moreover,the enterprise itself is also wanting the enterprising spirit.The control level is low.The independent innovation is insufficent.The system is not well organized.The industrial organization poorly specializes in production and forms associations.Therefore,the tactics for Jilin high technique enterprise to increase its competitive capacity are raised and the government should strengthen its work to build a good outside circumstance for the enterprise development.
