空间钢管混凝土管节点有限元分析

摘    要:钢管混凝土桁架式拱桥多采用主支管直接相贯焊接的空间节点构造型式.管节点连接处应力集中使节点成为整个结构的薄弱环节.基于此,本文采用有限元软件ANSYS,利用圣维楠原理对四管桁架拱桥中的三种典型节点进行了局部受力分析,分别考虑了主管与支管夹角、主支管管径比和主支管管壁厚比三个参数对节点构件应力的影响.

Abstract:The directly welded interpenetrating joints are widely applied in concrete-filled steel pipe arch bridges.Due to the stress concentration,the stresses near the joints may far exceed the nominal stress,and the joints become the weakest part of this kind of bridge.In this paper,the finite element software ANSYS is used to study stress of three typical tubular joints of four-pipe arch bridge based on Saint-Veuant principle.The effects of the obliquity between rid and horizon,the diameter ratio and thickness ra...
