生物干化污泥衍生燃料流化床焚烧试验研究

摘    要:在30 k W循环流化床试验了生物干化污泥衍生燃料的焚烧试验;探索衍生燃料焚烧特性及NOX和SO2排放特性。衍生燃料在流化床内具有良好的焚烧特性,燃烧效率达到96%以上,燃尽特性较好;NOX浓度随焚烧温度升高而增大,而分级配风可以有效控制NOX生成;SO2排放浓度受运行条件影响不大,加入石灰石可以有效脱除SO2,脱硫效率达90%以上。

Abstract:Combustion experiments of bio-drying sewage sludge derived fuel were conducted in a 30kW circulating fluidized bed to investigate the Incineration characteristics and the emission characteristics of NOX and SO2. The results show that the incineration characteristics and burnout characteristics of derived fuel are good, when the combustion efficiency is above 96%. With the combustion temperature rises, the concentration of NOX increases, which can be effectively suppressed by air feed gradation. The operating conditions has little influence on SO2 concentration. The desulfurization effect of limestone is good, and the desulfurization efficiency is above 90%.
