摘    要:采用等环量扭曲规律设计的轴流泵叶片扭曲度大,在小流量工况下易造成根部冲角过大,使轴流泵效率明显下降。通过叶根侧等环量修正因子改变叶轮的几何形状,提高流动效率;并通过CFD数值计算验证改进的叶轮模型。研究结果发现,叶根侧环量修正因子的变化对轴流泵叶轮效率、扬程影响显著。减小叶根侧等环量因子,可以提高低流量工况的效率;但会使得大流量工况效率急剧恶化。对于研究的轴流泵模型,叶根处的等环量修正因子在0.3~0.55内较为适宜。

Abstract:The blade, based on the constant circulation design, twisted excessively in axial pump, caused large incidence at the blade root in low flow rates, which will make efficiency decreased. Impeller geometries are changed by circulation correction factors at the blade root in this paper, which improve flow efficiency. Steady flows of the pump model with different circulation correction factor were simulated using FLUENT business software. The numerical results show that the axial pump characteristics are impacted significantly by the circulation correction factors at the blade root. reducing circulation correction factors can improve efficiency in low flow rates, but it also causes flowing worse in larger flows. So the rang of the circulation correction factor at the blade root needs to be between 0.3 and 0.55.
