摘    要:为了提高农业废弃物秸秆的利用价值,减少因焚烧秸秆导致严重的环境污染,以秸秆粉、大豆分离蛋白(SPI)及辅助剂为原料,制备肉用易降解包装膜,并对制备工艺进行优化.秸秆粉粉碎实验发现,粉碎后粒径≥0.106 mm的粉末占总重91.5%.膜预制备实验发现,秸秆粉与SPI、葡萄糖、甘油混合所得膜具有较高的强度.在单因素实验基础上,对影响膜强度的各成分进行综合优化,所得膜强度与成分间的数学模型具有显著(p〈0.05)相关性.对模型验证的结果发现,该模型能较好地用于最优工艺优化和膜强度预测.优化结果显示,秸秆粉添加量30.09 g/100 g、葡萄糖添加量100.14 g/100 g、甘油添加量6.22 m L/100 g时,所得膜的强度最高.

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization value of agricultural waste straw and reduce the serious environmental pollution caused by burning straw,this paper took straw powder,soybean protein isolate( SPI) and other agents as raw materials to prepare the easily degradable meat packing membrane,and optimized the preparation process. The grinding experiment showed that the particles of size greater than or equal to 0. 106 mm accounted for 91. 5% of the total weight of the milled powders. The membrane pre-preparation experiment indicated that the membrane formed with straw powder,SPI,glucose,and glycerol had a higher strength. Based on the single factor experiment,the comprehensive optimization of various components influencing the membrane strength was performed. The obtained mathematical model about the membrane strength and components showed the significant( p 0. 05)correlation. The model validation experiment results showed that the model could be well applied to the optimal process optimization and the membrane strength prediction. The optimization results demonstrated that the membrane strength was the highest as it was formed with straw powder 30. 09 g /100 g,glucose 100. 14 g /100 g,and glycerol 6. 22 m L /100 g.
