基于路面不平度的膜体切割机构的研究与实现

摘    要:为研究车辆膜体切割机构在不平路面下的运动受力情况,用ADAMS软件建立了车辆膜体切割机构模型,利用路面不平度时域函数作为激励输入进行动力学和运动学分析.研究结果表明:膜体切割机构的气缸的受力在正常的工作范围内,切割刀盘与路面间的接触压力均为正,绝大部分在200-1 000 N范围内,平均压力为810.8 N,切割刀盘和路面的相对位移量比较一致;机构模型与实际研究对象吻合.

Abstract:In order to study the movement force of the film body stripping mechanism of combat vehicle in the case of uneven road,this paper establishes the film body stripping mechanism model by ADAMS software and uses domain function of road unevenness as excitation input for kinetic and kinematic calculations. The experimental results indicate that the force of air cylinder is in the normal operating range,and the contact forces between the stripping knife and the road surface are all positive,most of which are between 200 N and 1 000 N with average pressure of 810. 8 N. The relative displacements between the stripping knife and the road surface are consistent. This model is in accordance with the actual situation,which lays the theoretical foundation for further optimization of the film body stripping mechanism.
