摘    要:利用Muschelknautz模型(即M模型),设计用于某企业聚碳酸酯生产中的旋风分离器,得到该旋风分离器的结构尺寸、分割粒径和总压降.采用流体力学计算软件Fluent对该旋风分离器的内部流场进行研究.研究结果表明:随着颗粒质量分数的增大,气流各方向上的运动速度随之降低,旋风分离器对整个颗粒群的捕集能力提高,但对分离器的壁面磨损也同时加剧;入口速度并不是越大越好,只有当入口速度为18 m/s时,数值模拟结果才与M模型中得出的结果较接近,表明采用M模型进行旋风分离器的设计准确性较高.

Abstract:The geometry of a cyclone used to separate polycarbonate was calculated with the Muschelknautz model(M-model).The split particle size and total pressure drop were also obtained with this model.Then flow field of the cyclone was simulated with CFD soft Fluent.The results show that the moving velocity of the air flow in all directions decreases with the increase of the density of the particles.When the particles become thicker,the cyclone separator will be more capable of catching the particle group,while the...
