摘    要:主要采用文献资料法、调查法等体育科研方法,通过黑龙江省高校3种主要体育教学模式在实施过程中对体育教学质量、体育教学改革、素质教育、运动能力、身心发展、社会体育、终身体育、全民健身等一系列的效绩进行调查实证分析,得出了科学合理的结论,希望能够给黑龙江省高校体育教学改革提供参考.

Abstract:Mainly uses literature methods,investigation and study and other scientific research methods. Through a series of performance such as the quality of teaching of sports, physical education reform, quality education, exercise capacity, physical and psychological development, socical sports, life -long sports and the National Fitness, carried on the detailed investigation and empirical analysis, and arrived at a scientific and reasonable conclusion, in order to provide sports educational reform the reference in the university of Heilongjiang.
