基于聚合射流氧枪数值模拟的研究

摘    要:聚合射流氧枪是转炉炼钢的一种新型氧枪,设计者们在主氧的外层加上一圈保护气体,以延长射流核心区长度,提高射流的穿透能力。与传统氧枪相比,该聚合射流氧枪在促进钢渣反应、提高氧气利用率方面具有极大优势。利用FLUENT软件对聚合射流和传统射流进行数值模拟,得到了两种不同射流的流动性特性,对模拟结果进行分析比较,证明了聚合射流氧枪的优越性,为以后的实际生产提供理论参考。

Abstract:The coherent jet oxygen lance is a new-type oxygen lance of converter steelmaking.Designers added a circle of protective gas to the main oxygen outer layer in order to extend the length of jet core and to improve the penetration of jet.Compared with the traditional oxygen lance,the coherent jet oxygen lance has great advantages in promoting the steel slag reaction and improving the utilization of oxygen.Business software of FLUENT was used to simulate coherent jet and traditional jet,different flow resistances of the two jet flows can be obtained,which demonstrates the superiority of coherent by comparing and analyzing the results,thus providing a theoretical reference for actual production.
