波纹轨腰钢轨力学性能

摘    要:为了适应铁路运输的新要求,把波纹腹板 H 型钢的研究成果应用到钢轨上,开发出新型波纹轨腰钢轨,一种新型的钢轨结构。把普通钢轨的平轨腰结构轧制成波纹结构,会提高钢轨的承载能力和钢轨的稳定性。为了分析波纹轨腰钢轨的力学性能,基于有限元软件 DE-FORM,分别建立了普通钢轨和波纹轨腰钢轨的有限元模型。通过动力学模拟可知,在相同载荷和运动速度作用下,波纹轨腰钢轨的所受的最大应力、等效应变和 X 方向的位移均小于普通钢轨。并进行了静力学模拟和实验,其结果说明波纹轨腰钢轨的承载能力是普通钢轨的1.3倍以上。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the new requirements of railway transportation,the research achievements of the corrugated web h-beam is applied to the rail,and developed a new type of corrugated rail waist rail,a new type of steel structure. The flat rail waist structure of the general rail rolling into a corrugated structure can raise the bear-ing capacity of the rail and the stability of the rail. To analyze the mechanical performance of corrugated rail waist rail,based on the finite element software DEFORM,respectively established finite element model of common rail and corrugated rail waist rail. Through dynamics simulation shows that under the same load and speed,the biggest stress,equivalent strain and displacement of X direction of the corrugated rail waist rail are less than common rail. And conducting a static simulation and experiment,the results show that the bearing capacity of the corrugated rail waist rail is 1. 3 times more than common rail.
