| Abstract: | Through an analysis on the historical changes of enterprise scale_structure about different regions,one important cause restricting the economic development of central and western China,neglecting the development of medium_sized and small_sized enterprises,is demonstrated.Some policies how to speed up the development of medium_sized and small_sized enterprises in central and western China are suggested. |
