摘    要:本文提出了一种简单、快速的在线检测工业废水中痕量重金属离子含量的新方法。该方法表明通过加碱测溶液pH值变化来反映溶液中痕量Cr3+离子是可行的。试验结果表明,工业废水中轻金属Ca2+,Mg2+离子的存在基本不影响溶液中pH值的变化。该方法可以用于简单快速的检测皮革实际废水中痕量Cr3+的浓度。与常规方法相比,该方法简单、快速、准确,易于实现在线检测和废水装置的自动化控制。

Abstract:A simple and rapid new method for on-line detection of trace amounts of heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater is presented.The method relies on the sensitivity of the pH change observed after addition of different volumes of alkali to the presence of trace amounts of heavy metal ions.The results showed that the presence of Ca~(2 ) or Mg~(2 ) had no effect on the detection process.By monitoring changes in pH,this method can be used in the on-line detection of trace amounts of Cr~(3 ) in wastewater from the tanning industry.Compared with commonly used methods,this provides a simple,quick and accurate on-line method for use in the automated treatment of wastewater.
