预冷水泵变频节能控制策略

摘    要:水泵电机作为预冷系统的主要输送设备,采用传统节流调节运行方式时存在较大耗能。提出变频调速技术进行节能改造,建立了基于模糊PI速度控制器的水泵电机矢量控制变频调速模型。仿真结果表明,调速系统具有良好的动态性能。

Abstract:As the main transportation equipment for pre-cooling system,water pump has more energy consumption when operating in the traditional throttling mode.Here we put forward the variable frequency speed control strategy for energy saving.The vector control variable frequency speed regulation model of the water pump motor is built based on Fuzzy PI speed controller.The simulations show that the speed control system has good dynamic properties.
