Exploration on Peer Psychological Counseling at Colleges and Universities

This paper summarizes the meanings and characteristics of peer psychological counseling,stresses its necessity,and introduces the experience and achievement of peer psychological counseling conducted in South China Agricultural University.Finally it comes up with some suggestion for further developing peer psychological counseling,such as,attaching great importance to peer psychological counseling;improving the quality of psychological counselor;constructing a dorm-class-school-university peer psychological counseling network;bringing the full play of student cadres,etc.
