摘    要:当前高等教育的大发展对教师队伍提出了更高和更新的要求,同时也要求高校从"人本管理"的角度入手,不断探索一系列适应时代要求的工作激励策略,建立起一整套促进教师资源合理配置与开发利用和优秀人才成长的有效机制,充分调动和发挥他们的积极性和创造性,更好地投入工作.

Abstract:The rapid development in higher education sets new tasks for colleges and universities and their teaching staff. Higher education institutions are expected to explore series of stimulating strategies under the concept of humanistic management, to make full use of its human resource. Thus, teachers in colleges and universities are encouraged to improve their innovative ability and working enthusiasm.
