论企业的激励机制

摘    要:介绍了企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使员工在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使员工的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。说明了激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的重要因素,并对如何运用好激励机制进行了阐述。

Abstract:The primary reason of enterprise implementing excitation mechanism is to induce staff's work motivation, meet their demands, raise their satisfaction degree and further give full play to their initiative and creativity. Meanwhile, whether enterprise can implement excitation mechanism well is an important factor to decide the rise and fall of enterprise to a certain extent. So the paper elaborates on how to use excitation mechanism.
