| Abstract: | Both traditional sports and athletics sports are important contents of physical education,and they are aslo the development of the reformation on the school physical education.They are not only characterized by the training for body and spirits,but aslo beneficial for a student to master the methods of lifelong physical training.So,it is self evident that this subject is an absolutely necessary educational course in colleges,and it will get further development in future. |
