摘    要:中国一直严重依赖原油进口,进口重质原油或高硫石油是大势所趋,而重油所产生的渣油处理是世界难题。为了解决炼油工业的重油轻化、工业标准、渣油处理、油品质量等四大难题,北京济安金信科技有限公司(简称济安金信)、济安永蓝(北京)工程技术开发有限公司(简称济安永蓝)与加拿大氢能技术合作伙伴以及国内著名工程公司强强联合,研制出了浆态床有机催化加氢(JESO)工艺技术。该技术使用浆态床工艺与油溶性有机催化剂相结合,开发了渣油加工创新工艺。有机催化剂颗粒为纳米级,具有很好的油溶性和分散性,有效地实现了加氢和抑焦功能。

Abstract:China has been heavily dependent on crude oil imports. Importing heavy crude oil or high-sulfur oil is the general trend, and the treatment of heavy oil from residual oil is a world problem. In order to resolve the four major problems in the refining industry as heavy oil upgrading, industrial standards, residue treatment and oil quality, Jian Fintech Co. Ltd. & Jian Everblue Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jian Everblue), in collaboration with canadian hydrogen technology research company and well known domestic engineering incorporation, has successfully developed a new slurry process technology, JESO (Jian Everblue Slurry Organic), for heavy oil/residue hydrocracking. In the innovative JESO process, a slurry bed reactor combined with oil soluble organic catalyst precursor was applied for heavy oil/residue hydrocracking. Due to the excellent oil solubility of catalyst precursor, the formed catalyst is in nanometer scale and is well dispersed in heavy oil/residue. This enhances the hydrogenation of catalyst and consequently exhibits excellent efficiency for inhibiting coke formation.
