我国现代建筑产业园发展现状与思考

在国家大力发展产业经济的背景下，我国传统建筑行业朝着工业化、集约化和社会化方向发展，现代建筑产业园成为实现现代建筑产业集聚、推进建筑产业现代化的核心载体。为充分掌握我国现代建筑产业园发展现状并进行战略性思考，本文总结了产业园发展历程和宏观背景，基于充分调研梳理了我国现代建筑产业园的发展现状及产业特征，并以江苏省武进绿色建筑产业集聚示范区、南通现代建筑产业园为案例介绍了典型现代建筑产业园建设中的工作举措和探索实践，剖析了当前现代建筑产业园发展存在的误区和问题，并从多方共赢、统筹规划、产业优化、宣传引导、总结经验5个方面提出了对策和建议。

The Current Situations and Thinking of Chinese Modern Construction Industrial Park

With the rapid development of industrial economy, the traditional construction industry trend to industrialization, intensification and socialization in China. Modern construction industrial park becomes the core carrier to realize modern construction industry agglomeration and promote the modernization of construction industry. In order to fully grasp the current situations of construction industrial park in China and strategic thinking, the thesis summarized the development course and the macro background of industrial park, based on sufficient researched the development status and industrial characteristics of Chinese modern construction industrial park, chose Jiangsu WuJin Green Building Industry Cluster Demonstration Park and Jiangsu Nantong Modern Architecture Industrial Park as the typical cases to introduce work measures in the practice of modern construction industrial park. Combined with analyzing the misconceptions and problems in the current practices, put forward five countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese modern construction industrial park, such as multi-win model to choose, overall planning to do, industrial optimization to select, propaganda guide to encourage, lessons learned to sum up for other parks.
