摘    要:建立了一套静止法测定固态物质在超临界CO2中溶解度的装置.测定了姜油在超临界CO2中的溶解度.把姜油按化合物类别分为四类组分;拟合了三类组分的溶解度与CO2密度、温度的关联经验式,这些关联式为超临界CO2萃取和分离操作的技术分析提供依据.

Abstract:A set or equipment, using static method to determine the solubility or solid matters in supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO_2), was established. The equilibrium solubility or ginger oil in the SCCO_2 was determined. In this paper, the ginger oil was classified into four components. The solubility of the these components was correlated with the densities and temperatures of the carbon dioxide. The correlation provided scientific basis for the extraction and separation technology.
