滇中高原山地城市群空间格局演变及驱动机制

摘    要:云南省作为典型高原山地区域,地质环境多样,生态环境脆弱,自然资源约束明显,山区城镇化的快速发展引发的空间结构问题突出。结合滇中高原山地地理环境和城市发展特点,从空间结构、空间联系和用地扩展三方面,构建高原山地城市空间综合评价模型,研究1994、2002、2010、2018年滇中城市群的空间格局演变特征及驱动机制。结果表明:1994-2018年期间,城市群逐渐呈现出高首位度、高紧凑度的“单核结构”关系,城市用地扩展则呈现出“快速规则扩展—快速不规则扩展—慢速规则扩展”的用地变化过程,用地的形态特征也对应呈“单点外延—多点外延—单点填充”的三阶段。城市群由“单中心”向“一主多副”的等级结构转变。城市群空间格局的演变主要受地形、交通道路网络、经济产业结构和政府调控因素的影响,呈现出政府主导、经济驱动、环境约束的特征。应倡导创新发展理念,建设创新型经济综合体;重整、优化道路空间资源,加强资源要素流动;完善刚性生态保护规划以增强约束,强化“三线”的统筹管控。

Abstract:Yunnan Province, as a typical plateau and mountainous region, has diverse geological environment, fragile ecological environment, obvious constraints on natural resources, and prominent spatial structure problems caused by the rapid development of urbanization in mountainous areas. Combined with the geographical environment and urban development characteristics of the plateau mountain in central Yunnan, a comprehensive spatial evaluation model of plateau mountain cities is constructed from three aspects: spatial structure, spatial connection and land use expansion. The spatial pattern evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of central Yunnan urban agglomeration in 1994, 2002, 2010 and 2018 were studied. The results show that from 1994 to 2018, urban agglomeration gradually presents a "single core structure" relationship with high primacy and high compactness, while urban land use expansion shows a land use change process of "rapid regular expansion-rapid irregular expansion-slow regular expansion". The morphological characteristics of land use also correspond to three stages of "single-point extension-multi-point extension-single-point filling". The hierarchical structure of urban agglomeration has changed from "single center" to "one principal and many deputy". The evolution of the spatial pattern of urban agglomeration is mainly affected by topography, traffic road network, economic industrial structure and government regulation and control factors, showing the characteristics of government-led, economic-driven and environmental constraints. Innovating the concept of development, building an innovative economic complex, restructuring and optimizing road space resources, strengthening the flow of resource elements, perfecting rigid ecological protection planning to strengthen constraints, and strengthening the overall management and control of the "three line" should be advocated.
