摘    要:浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置应用于深远海和边际油田,采用串靠卸载方式对环境的适应性好,安全性较高,是浮式液化天然气海上卸载系统的发展趋势。考虑了风、浪、流与系泊浮体的耦合作用,进行了浮式液化天然气装置与液化天然气运输船串靠模型水池试验,研究了多浮体系统的耦合运动特性,并对不同组合工况和连接方式下串靠卸载系统中液化天然气卸料低温软管的两端固定点间的相对运动特性进行了分析。结果表明,对于外转塔式单点系泊条件下串靠卸载作业,浮式液化天然气装置与液化天然气运输船间采用双缆连接时,其运动稳定性优于单缆;卸料低温软管的长度设计应考虑风浪流非同向组合的外输点相对运动中的最大距离,软管端部设计则应考虑风浪同向组合中转角的动态变化范围。

Abstract:FLNG is applied in deep offshore and marginal oil fields. Tandem offloading system of FLNG has great adaptability to the environment and higher safety, which is the development trend of floating LNG offloading system. Considering the coupling effects of wind, wave, current and mooring floating structure, the model test of tandem offloading system of FLNG and LNG carrier is carried out in this paper. The coupling motion characteristics of multi-floating body system in waves are studied in this test, and the relative motion characteristics of LNG transportation positions in tandem system under different combination of environmental factors and connection modes are analyzed. The results show that the double-hawser connection between FLNG and LNG carrier of the external turret mooring system is better than the single-hawser for stability of the system. The length design of FLNG cryogenic hose shall consider the maximum distance in the relative movement of translation positions in the combination of wind, wave and current in different directions, and the dynamic variation range of the rotation in the combination of wind and wave in the same direction shall be considered in design of the end of hose.
