| 摘 要： | 集中阐述了保险欺诈及其构成要件,分析了保险欺诈产生的原因,针对部分商业保险公司对保险欺诈防范不力等问题,提出通过进一步完善相关制度,普及保险知识和相关法律知识,加强保险公司员工以及业内人士的培训教育,搞好保险条款和保险单的设计,遵守《保险法》等措施,维护保险市场秩序,促进我国保险业又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | This paper,focusing on insurance fraud and its elements,analyzes the causes. Aiming at the problems of some commercial insurance companies’poor guard against insurance fraud,it gives some ideas on maintaining insurance market order and promoting the sound and rapid development of China＇s insurance industry by improving the relevant systems,popularizing the insurance and related legal knowledge,strengthening the training and education for employees of insurance companies,perfecting the design of insurance terms and certificates and complying with Insurance Law. |
