| 摘 要： | 以环氧树脂为疏水基团, 聚乙二醇为亲水基团, 在三氟化硼乙醚作用下反应制备一种自乳化环氧树脂成膜剂, 并利用红外光谱、 扫描
电镜和激光粒度仪对其进行分析测试. 结果表明： 该成膜剂含有亲水的羟基和长链的环氧基团； 自乳化后的乳液粒度为70~150 nm; 该自乳化成膜剂稳定性良好, 其贮存稳定性可超过30 d； 离心3 h后的乳液仍保持稳定.

| Abstract: | A self-emulsifying epoxy resin film\|forming agent wasprepared by using epoxy resin as hydrophobic group and polyethylene glycol as hydrophilic group under the action of boron trifluoride ethyl ether. Thefilm-forming agent was analyzed by infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that film-forming agent contains hydrophilic hydroxyl and long chain epoxy groups. And theparticle size of emulsion after self-emulsifying is 70—150 nm. The self-emulsifying film-forming agent has good stability, and its storage stability canbe more than 30 d. The emulsion can remain stable after centrifugationfor 3 h. |
