| 摘 要： | 监护职责与监护责任在实际生活中往往被混为一谈。在处理学生伤害事故时，学校和监护人的责任，到底是一种什么责任，也往往引起人们的误解。监护职责与监护责任属于不同的范畴，两者在内容和能否约定转移上都有着明显的不同。
