摘    要:为了在生产实践中测量与控制混合物料的介电常数及其混合比,根据电容法和电磁理论推导出了利用一种新型实用的圆锥台形电容传感器测量混合物料的混合比及相对介电常数的公式。通过对几种混合物的测量,所得实验结果与理论计算结果符合得很好,可望在建材、化工和粮食等工农业生产部门对粒状、粉状或胶状甚至液体混合物料所进行的在线自动测量与控制中获得广泛应用。

Abstract:In order to measure and control the dielectric constant and mixing ratio of a mixed material in production, the formulas for measuring the mixing ratio and relative dielectric constant of the mixed material are derived on the basis of the capacitance method and electromagnetic theory by using a new type of practical capacitance sensor of the circular cone terraced shape. Through the measurement of several mixtures, the given experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretically calculated results. This new sensor can be widely used in on line automatic measurement and control of mixed materials which may be in grain, powder or gluish shape and even in liquids, in various industrial and agricultural departments concerned with building materials, chemical industry and grain etc.
