| 摘 要： | 研究了退火前后Ｃ６０膜的ＰＰＣ效应。结果表明，随着高温退火温度的升高，Ｃ６０膜的结果由非晶相向多晶相转变，同时其ＰＰＣ效应减弱，基于以上实验事实，对上述结果给出了合理的理论解释。

| Abstract: | The PPC effect in C 60 film was investigated before and after annealing. The result suggested that with the increase of annealing temperature, the structure of C 60 film changed from amorphous to polycrystalline and the PPC effect in C 60 film weakened, even disappeared. Rational explanation was offered for above results. |
