摘    要:目的:分析2010年淮北市三家伤害监测哨点医院伤害病例的分布特征,为制定伤害的干预措施提供科学依据.方法:对首次在哨点医院就诊的病例伤害进行描述性分析.结果:2010年共报告伤害病例4 241例,男性病例多于女性,男女之比为2.18∶1;文化程度发生伤害比例最高为初中(46.4%),最低为大专及大学以上(5.0%和3.2%);伤害发生原因前三位为机动车车祸、跌倒/坠落、钝器伤(30.75%、27.82%和13.42%);伤害发生地前四位为公路/街道、家中、公共居住场所和工业建筑场所(36.8%、19.2%、15.1%和12.6%);伤害发生时活动以休闲活动、驾乘工具交通和有偿工作为主(33.77%、20.68%、19.34%);伤害性质前三位为骨折、脑震荡/脑挫裂伤、挫伤/擦伤(37.14%、21.83%、17.94%);伤害部位前三位为头部、下肢和上肢(37.11%、23.96%和16.62%);伤害病例以非故意伤害(82.36%)、中度伤害(73.92%)、观察/住院/转院(99.76%)为主.结论:伤害男性多于女性,初中等较低文化层次的人群发生伤害比例较高.伤害主要原因为公路交通伤害和跌掉/坠落,伤害性质以骨折、脑震荡/脑挫裂伤和挫伤/擦伤为主.

Analysis on the Distribution Characteristics of 4 241 Injured Cases

Abstract:Objective In order to provide scientific basis for injury interventions, the distribution of 4 2 injured cases in 2010 from three injury monitoring sentinel hospitals in Huibei city were analysed. Methods The descriptive analysis on cases were used in the sentinel hospitals because of injury for the first time. Results 4 241 injured cases were reported in 2010. The numbers of male case were more than that of female. The sex ratio of male to female was 2.18 : 1. The highest iniury constituent ratio were found in cases of junior middle school education (46.4 % ), and the college degree or above had the lowest ratio (5.0 % and 3.2 % ). The top three causes of injuries were motor vehicle accidents, fall and blunt injures(30.75 %, 27. 82 % and 13.42 % ). The major places where injuries occurred were road/street, home, public dwelling place and construction site (36.8%, 19.2%, 15.1% and 12.6% ). Injury occurred mainly at the time of the activities to leisure activities, driving and paid work (33.77 %, 20.68 96 andl9.34 % ). Injury properties of top three were fracture, bruise cerebral concusslon/cerebral concussion and contusion and abrasion (37. 14 %,21.83 % and 17.94% ). Injured parts of the top three were the head, lower and upper limbs(37. 11%, 23.96% andl 6.62% ). Main parts of the injured cases were unintentional injury, moderate injury and observation/hospitalization/transfer (82.36 %, 73.92% and 99.76% ). Conclusion Male injured cases more than female, higher incidence of injury occurred on people with lower education level. Main reasons caused injuries were road traffic accidents and fall. Fracture, bruise cerebral concussion/cerebral.
