超氧物歧化酶对糖尿病自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:观察结果表明用超氧物歧化酶(SOD)治疗糖尿病,患者机体中自由基发生改变.糖尿病患者血液中超氧阴离子(O-2)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均高于正常人(p<0.05),而红细胞SOD(rbc一SOD)、总SOD(T一SOD),以及铜锌SOD(Cu·Zn一SOD)水平均明显低于正常人(P<0.01).用SOD肌注治疗后,不仅改善了患者的自觉症状,而且使血液MDA较用药前下降(p<0.05),并使rbe一SOD、T—SOD、Cu·Zn—SOD均较用药前升高(P<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.05),提示SOD可作为治疗糖尿病患者的一种药物.

Abstract:In this paper,we study the free radical metabolism in diabetes mellitus patients and after SOD treatment. The results show that the levels of O2 and MDA in diabetes mellitus are all significantly higher than that in normal groups (p<0. 05),rbc-SOD,T-SOD and Cu. Zn-SOD are all significantly lower than that in normal groups(p<0. 01),and the lev-els of MDA after SOD treatment are lower than that before SOD treatment(p<0. 05),rbc-SOD,T-SOD and Cu.
