中美体育主题公园开发之比较研究

通过比较分析中美两国体育主题公园发展的状况,结果表明体育主题公园在美国发展比较成熟,而我国尚处在起步阶段,在认识、经验和开发形式上都有待于进一步提升.体育主题公园在承载功能上兼具了旅游、健身和比赛的多重作用,而我国的开发在比赛功能上不突出;我国是公有投资占主流,靠政府支撑,而美国是私有投资为主,靠社会力量来发展,经营者有更多的经营自主权.因为开发的内容和投资形式的原因,体育主题公园的经济效益在我国体现的不明显.

Through comparative analysis the sports theme park developing situation in the USA and China,the resullts showed that thems in the united states to develop more mature than China,and our country is still in elementary stage,the understand,experience and methods need further promoted.Pepele can tour,fitness and game in the theme park,but our development in the function of gaming without enough performance.The government investment is the main stream in our country,and the united states is oppositing and by social forces support,the business operators have more autonomy power.Because reason of developing contents and investing forms,its economic in our country is not obviously.
