高等院校工资福利工作流程设计

随着高等院校人事制度改革力度的加大,其工资福利管理工作量不断膨胀,管理复杂程度和难度大大增加,原有的管理模式难以适应现代管理的需要。分析了高等院校工资福利工作的现状和特点,依据业务流程再造的思想以及内部牵制理论、“零缺陷”理论,提出了高等院校的工资福利业务流程再造的设想。
