| Abstract: | Teachers' colleges and unlversltles serve as a base for qualitied middle school teacher training. Pedagogy and research should focas on the phase of teacher training.The present status of pedagogy and research in science at colleges or universifies calls for that pedagogy and research should centre on the phase of teacher training and its academic values. |
