| 摘 要： | 现行的基础教育英语教学大纲经历了20多年的发展过程，经过不断的调整修订，紧密结合国内外先进的教育思想和我国的教育实际，将当今的时代特征、我国的基本国策和提高学生素质有机地结合在一起，明确提出全面推进素质教育，体现了现代教育理论的核心思想。

| Abstract: | The current syllabus for English teaching in elementary education has undergone as long a period as more than twenty years.After the course of constant correction and adjustment,the syllabus has closely united the advanced educational ideology on an international basis with the present situation in the elementary education of China.It also effectively combined the features of the pluralistic era with the national basic education policy as well as the improvement of students' quality and explicitly proposed the notion of quality education which has been generally considered the core of the contemporary educational theory. |
