PID自校正调节器及其在染色过程中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种改进了的性能指标函数下的增量式PID自校正控制算法,它对窜入的干扰有较强的抑制能力,克眼了通常极点配置情况下性能指标最优和希望的闭环极点不能兼顾的缺点,消除了通常情况下性能指标函数下可能存在的稳态误差,使系统具有较高的控制精度.文中简要介绍了该算法在染色过程中的应用.

Abstract:This paper deals with the increased PID self-tuning control algorithms under the new performance function, it has a stronger restrain ability, it has overcomed the shortcoming that the performance optimum can' t match will hopeful close-loop poles,eliminated static offset that exist normally under the performance function,and made system having a perfect accuracy of control.The paper intruduces the applications of the algortithm to dying process.
