乳液聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料

摘    要:利用蒙脱土能够均匀分散在水中的特点 ,用乳液聚合的方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA) /蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料。嵌入混杂材料用热甲苯进行萃取并用XRD、IR、DSC、TG等方法对嵌入混杂材料进行分析。结果表明,PMMA嵌入蒙脱土层间,二者之间存在较强的相互作用,嵌入的PMMA分子不能被萃取出来;嵌入混杂材料的玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度比纯PMMA均有明显提高。

Abstract:Montmorillonite is easily dispersed in water uniformly, therefore PMMA/Montmorillonite intercalated hybrid can be prepared by a simple emulsion polymerization. The products are extracted by hot toluene and characterized by FT IR, X ray diffraction, DSC and TG. The results show that montmorillonite is intercalated with PMMA molecules. PMMA can not be extracted by tolune from the intercalated hybrid. DSC and TG show that the themal stability of intercalated hybrid has improved apparently.
