企业核心人力资本效用最大化研究

摘    要:在现代企业中.核心人力资本对企业的价值创造起着很重要的作用,其效用的最大化也成为关注的焦点。从激励的视角阐述了激励对象的界定、激励的必要性和激励的实施。得出准确而高效的激励是促使核心人力资本效用最大化的关键。

Abstract:In modern enterprises,the core human capital plays more and more important role for the creation of enterprise's value,and its maximum use also becomes the focus of attention.From the aspect of prompting,the paper has expatiated on the definition,necessity and implementation of inspiring object,and ensured that correct and efficient prompting is the key of inspiring the core human capital to exploit its maximum use.
