跨栏跑教学中心理障碍及其克服

摘    要:从跨栏跑的3个技术部分按其教学顺序,分别探讨了各个教学阶段的障碍形成的原因,从学习动机、学习兴趣、运动表象的形成等方面进行探讨,按认知的心理规律,找出了跨栏跑教学训练中克服心理障碍,提高教学训练效果行之有效的一些方法和手段.

Abstract:In three different technical aspects of educational sequence of hurdle-races,this article reveals the causes of the psychological obstacles in various teaching stages.Moreover,on the basis of the psychololgical pattern of cognition,the author approaches the students'learning intention and interest as well as their exercise ideas,and finds out some offective teaching ways and measures so as to surmount the students'psychological obstacles and achieve better training results.
