| Abstract: | Tea is a kind of beverage which is widely planted in more than 30 countries and consumed next to water. As a new natural antioxidant,tea polypenols,active ingredient in the tea,has important application in food medicament and chemical products for daily use. The component, property,the methods of extraction,application and prospect of tea polyphenopsl have been introduced respectively in this essy. |
