| 摘 要： | 文章对国内色谱法研究人体内脂肪酸的文献进行了综述,包括气相色谱法(GC)、气相色谱质谱联用法(GC/MS)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。同时对脂肪酸测定结果与人的营养和疾病之间的关系进行了一定的探讨。
