为构建“和谐河北“营造和谐的舆论环境——新形势下新闻宣传深层思考

构建“和谐河北”是中央提出的构建社会主义和谐社会在我省的具体实践,加强对构建“和谐河北”舆论宣传的调查、理论研究,已成为河北省新闻宣传界重大的理论与实践课题。为构建“和谐河北”营造和谐的舆论环境,河北省新闻宣传工作的重点应放在以下四个方面:坚持以正确的舆论引导人,坚定把握宣传基调不动摇;提升舆论引导水平,理性探求和谐社会矛盾的化解思路;增强舆论影响能力,形成构建“和谐河北”的舆论强势;清醒把握舆论导向,消除宣传报道中的不和谐音符等。

On Cultivating Harmonious Environment of Public Opinion for Harmonious Hebei

The construction of harmonious Hebei is the implementation of the policy put forward by the Central Government to construct harmonious society. Strengthening survey and theoretical study about propaganda of public opinion has become vital theoretical and practical topic in the press of Hebei Province. For this purpose, we should work hard in four aspects: firstly, we should adhere to guiding people by correct public opinion and not shake the keynote of public opinion; secondly, we should promote the guiding ability of the public opinion and rationally seek the train of thought about resolving contradictions of harmonious society; thirdly, we should form a strong situation of public opinion about constructing harmonious Hebei by enhancing the ability of public opinion's influence; finally we should eliminate no harmonious note in propaganda by holding the guidance of public opinion.
